Return Policy and Shipping

Brook. Liv & CO. does not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, photos of the product must be emailed to brook.livandco@gmail.com within 48 hours of package being delivered. If photos are not sent within this time frame for damaged products, Brook.Liv & Co. reserves the right to decline a refund, store credit, or replacement. We strive to make every customer happy to the best of our ability. Please reach out if you have an issue with your order. 
You will receive tracking once your order has shipped. Your package will be in transit 7-14 business days after purchase unless stated otherwise on the product description. Please note that, Brook.Liv & CO. is not responsible for the packages that have been damaged, lost during shipping or stolen. Customer service is our number one priority, we will do everything we can to make it right. However, some materials are limited and cannot be replaced. If you would like to insure your package, please email us so we can discuss your needs.
